A random thought but hear me out, can brands have a chat theme that is purple, can you use it in your DMs as a brand? When people message your page does it have a uniform color? I was reading a boostbysocial blog post about Instagram DMs and they mentioned the purple instagram dm is customizable per chat. But can it be made to apply a default purple theme to ALL incoming DMs, automatically? Or should each user take care of it on their own?
