How to Bulk Migrate Multiple IMAP Accounts Using a CSV File?
Handling enterprise-scale mailbox transitions becomes considerably more efficient when there is a way to bulk migrate multiple IMAP accounts using a CSV file rather than entering credentials individually for each account. Manually configuring single IMAP connections one at a time through standard login screens becomes impractical when dozens or hundreds of accounts need migration within the same project. The SysInfo Email Migration Tool supports Batch/CSV mode specifically for this scenario — users upload a CSV file containing source email, password, IMAP server, and port details, after which the tool validates all accounts simultaneously and displays real-time status as Valid, Failed, or Pending. Accounts can also be added manually through an Add Row option for smaller batches without requiring a full CSV file. Once validated, output formats including PST, PDF, MBOX, EML, and MSG are selected from the Destination Filter Panel, with migration filters like Date Filter and Duplicate Handling applied before processing begins. The Mailbox Tree displays folder structures including INBOX, Sent Mail, and Trash, with Fetch Mail Count confirming item totals before migration starts.
