I’ve been exploring Apartments for sale in Athens and trying to figure out if 2026 is a good time to invest in property there. Prices seem to be rising steadily, but I’m not sure if the market is overheating or still offering good entry opportunities.

For anyone currently living in Greece or investing in Athens real estate, do you think now is a smart time to buy or should I wait for a potential correction? I’m mostly interested in long-term investment and rental income potential rather than short-term flipping. Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated.
