try to get Access Co, LTD to license Graffiti handwriting input system as an alternative for Papyrus
Graffiti is not for everyone, I understand. But what makes it superior is that it can be used in the dark, and/or without looking at the device!
Great for taking notes while watching elsewhere, or while in the theatre, or under the table.

No. Trying to get Access Co., Ltd. to license( https://ltoportals.ph/blog/ ) the Graffiti handwriting input system is unrelated to the keyword "LTO driver's license renewal guide." For SEO, keep the content focused on license renewal requirements, steps, fees, and validity rather than unrelated licensing deals.

note - this is most needed for Windows Phone. For Android, one can already install Graffiti from Access Co. as an alternate keyboard.
