I use a touch screen to write, and when letting go of the page, it often scrolls very fast despite only moving my finger a little. This can get annoying. It can probably be fixed if when there is a rapid change in speed it cancels the scroll (say, 50 m/s^2) or you have to be moving fast for a certain amount of time to continue scrolling (say, 10 ms). This could be an option for the people that want it. But this is probably easier said than done and could add weight to the program, so I understand if it's not added.
