I am thinking about switching from lecturenotes to papyrus.. but i woukd like to see
1) fit page to screen width
2) change background color / custom page setup
3) disable touch when using pen
4) PDF page import and maybe PowerPoint slide import with layers
5) (maybe) default note name with date of note
We just released Papyrus 1.0 with PDF import and fit page to width, height, and screen options! We do not yet have the ability to change the background color of a page (planned). If you are using a device with an active pen (such as a Galaxy Note device), finger touch should automatically be disabled while using the pen (this is done by the system).

Although the finger touch is disabled when using an active pen, one finds that the screen would scroll around if your pinky knuckle and palm makes contact with the screen before the pen does. If the zoom is not locked, doing this will also mess around with the magnification. The zoom lock is a nice feature, but I'd place a dedicated button to enable it, instead of having to change the magnification before being presented with the option. I'd then also place a scroll lock button to prevent to palm from scrolling the page.

I'd like to see the import feature before I give a big chunk of money for a feature I don't know how th it works. Can you please add a video with the features of pdf import on papyrus

I am using Nexus 5 but when I use Galaxy Note pen, it does not write anything. Why is this please? I wish I see a switch to switch between the pen and a finger input method.

Definately a fit page to screen would be a big improvement !

I use lecture notes as well and I like how fluid papyrus is but the not being able to import PDFs kills me.
That being said, if papyrus has a PDF importer (with a fit to width feature) I'd make the switch and pay for the premium features.
