In image editing freely select only the required parts to enable cutting, moving, and deleting.

I agree with ros. After adding pic its hard to manipulate move etc.

this already exist tho, when you insert and image just use the selection tool and this gives you these options.

Rotating images/text/shapes would be nice too

After inserting picture,it is hard to modify picture anymore.No cut function.Hard to move because I have to use Selection Tool to select picture.If the picture is placed beside my writing,my writing will be change by mistake select.Maybe you can add a function that using a single finger, long press to select the picture automatically.
