Improve stylus style to be like s-notes
Basically, copy the style/feel of the s-note software which is so much better than what we currently get with squid. Let me explain.
Squid uses the pressure sensitivity of the stylus to control the width of the line only. S-note uses the pressure for the width and the opacity of the line. This results in having a better feeling when drawing multiple lines over one another. Important also, squid uses a width range that is too big. This means that when I'm writing something the size of the letters may vary so much that it gets unreadable. Therefore I usually do not use pressure sensitivity which becomes a burden on the software. On the other hand, s-note is so precisely made that I enjoy writing and drawing on it.
There is also a directionnality setting that make the stylus draw bigger lines when going down and narrower lines when drawing up. Just test it, it's beautiful.
Squid has so much advantages over s-notes that I cannot replace it, but having a better drawing experience would be a big sale.

You can literally adjust the width of the pen stroke in the tool settings. I don't see a problem with the pen sensitivity. Just set it to like 0.5 mm.

Please, please add this feature. I understand you are a small team, but even the reduction of pressure range would be a huge improvement over what we have now. Squid is so close to being the perfect Note taking app. It's just this stupid problem that makes using it much less comfortable

Agreed! Squid needs to be the main app for notes on android devices with pen and precision is a big issue where Apple is doing so well with the iPad and the pencil
