Page quantity of a note
It would be useful to know how many pages note consists of before opening it. So perhaps adding number of pages near the date of the note might work

I think this would be a great idea as well!

It would also be nice to know number of pages both outside of note, as well as when in the note - so it would say 4/12 at the top - so you would know your on page 4 of 12.

Would be great if multipage notes look different from single-page notes (maybe like stacked pages with small number in corner )

Easy way to know if a note is multi-page or not.
Perhaps Color the last page of a note differently than all the previous.
For example all note pages have a white background - but the last note has red. Or a red line through it or something.
So - when I'm looking at a note on the main page, if I want to delete the note, I don't risk deleting pages that I don't see. If I don't see the red-line through the note (or somet indicator), I know there's more pages and I might want to re-read it before deleting it. Once I'm in the note, I can keep scrolling to the next page and when I hit the red-line, I know - this is the last page - I'm done. Thank you.
