Touchpointer and vanishing line for PDF presentation
You already have nearly perfect PDF presentation app. What is missing: large dot style touchpointer (like in annotate.net) and/or vanishing line, like selection tool that you have but thicker and perhaps more customizable.
For presentation one would also wish to hide taskbar (top) or at least be able to position it left or right instead of top.
